Departing November 29th
The bus will depart from
Ørsteds Plads parking lot, 2800 Kongens Lyngby on Tuesday November 29th at 15.00 and stops at
Ingerslevsgade, 1704 København V around 15.30. The bus will then stop in Odense at
Campusvej 55, 5220 Odense at estimated 17.55 before taking off for Aarhus where it will arrive at
Fredensgade 45, 8000 Aarhus around 20.00. From here you can reach both Scandic and BOOK1 by foot.
The buses won’t wait for anyone so make sure you arrive at the pickup locations in time.
Returning December 1st
After the conference has concluded the return bus will leave from
Fredensgade 45, 8000 Aarhus at 17.00 and stopping at
Campusvej 55, 5220 Odense around 19.00, then
Ingerslevsgade, 1704 København V at 21.30, and finally
Ørsteds Plads parking lot, 2800 Kongens Lyngby at 22.20
