DESCRIPTION:We would cordially like to welcome all DOPS members to the general assembly 2026 in Aarhus. The general assembly is an important opportunity to ensure that our activities reflect the interests of our community so all members are highly encouraged participate.  \n\n\n\nParticipation can be in-person or via MS Teams. Find the in-person location in the event details or request a Teams link from contact@dops.dk   \n\n\n\nAgenda\n\n\n\n\nWelcome\n\n\n\nApproval of the agenda\n\n\n\nAnnual report from the Chairman\n\n\n\nFinancial matters\n\nPresentation of the financial report for 2025\n\n\n\nApproval of the financial report for 2025\n\n\n\nPresentation of the budget for 2026\n\n\n\nApproval of the budget for 2026\n\n\n\nApproval of auditors for the upcoming year\n\n\n\n\n\nVote proposed by the board on expanding the number of board seats from 8 plus chairman to 10 plus chairman.\n\nSuggested change to the statutes:\n\nBestyrelsen består af 10 almene medlemmer og en formand valgt på generalforsamlingen.\n\n\n\nBestyrelsen kan holde møder og træffe beslutninger\, når mere end halvdelen af de valgte bestyrelsesmedlemmer er til stede – også selvom bestyrelsen ikke er fuldt besat.\n\n\n\nBeslutninger træffes ved almindeligt flertal blandt de fremmødte.\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nElections\n\nBoard members\n\n\n\nChairman\n\n\n\nTreasurer\n\n\n\nSuppleants\n\nCandidates for Chairman or Treasurer\, as well as members interested in joining the board or serving as suppleants\, are requested to announce their candidacy to contact@dops.dk prior to the General Assembly. \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nAny other business: (Items must be submitted in advance; no voting on items not listed on the agenda)
