We would cordially like to welcome all DOPS members to the general assembly 2026 in Aarhus. The general assembly is an important opportunity to ensure that our activities reflect the interests of our community so all members are highly encouraged participate.

5. Vote proposed by the board on expanding the number of board seats from 8 plus chairman to 10 plus chairman.
   • Suggested change to the statutes:
     • Bestyrelsen består af 10 almene medlemmer og en formand valgt på generalforsamlingen.
     • Bestyrelsen kan holde møder og træffe beslutninger, når mere end halvdelen af de valgte bestyrelsesmedlemmer er til stede – også selvom bestyrelsen ikke er fuldt besat.
     • Beslutninger træffes ved almindeligt flertal blandt de fremmødte.
